Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Seat guests and provide them with menus - Take reservations and manage the waitlist - Answer phone calls and provide information to guests - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Assist with food and beverage service as needed - Maintain cleanliness of the host/cashier area - Communicate with the kitchen and servers to ensure smooth operations Requirements: - Previous experience in guest services or customer service preferred - Knowledge of restaurant or hotel operations is a plus - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a bonus - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions - Positive attitude and willingness to help others - Hospitality or food service background is desirable Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
